The shortest way to reach the Samastam team is email. We read every message; we reply to the ones that genuinely need a reply.
For tool feedback or bug reports: mention the tool name and what you expected versus what happened. Screenshots help.
For data corrections: if a calculator gives you a number you believe is wrong, cite the source (CBDT circular, GST notification, Finance Bill section) and we will verify and fix.
For press, partnerships, affiliate programs: same email. Add the word “partnership” or “press” in the subject line.
For takedown requests or legal matters: same email. We respond to bona fide requests within 7 working days.
We do not have a phone line or a chat widget. Email is the channel — it scales, it leaves a trail, and it respects everyone’s time.
